Refund Policy

At OG Marka, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services and subscriptions.

1. One-Time Services (Gigs & Projects)

For one-time setup services (CRM setup, brand identity, web development, etc.), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, partial refunds are available based on the percentage of deliverables completed, at our discretion.

2. Monthly Subscriptions (AI Agents, WhatsApp Commerce)

Monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no lock-in contracts. Refunds for the current billing period are not issued, but your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. Bundles

Bundle purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no services within the bundle have been initiated. Once any service in the bundle has commenced, the bundle is considered active and only partial refunds may be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at satoshi@ogmarka.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: custom domain registrations, third-party software licenses procured on your behalf, completed and delivered digital assets (logos, brand guidelines), and services that have been fully delivered and accepted.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter by writing to the founder directly at satoshi@ogmarka.com. We believe in fair resolution and will work with you to find a satisfactory outcome.
